* Respond to customer inquiries for product information and pricing
* Inform customers of upcoming subscription renewals
* Follow up with customer inquiries to product requests
* Maintain account team relationships by working with other Account Representatives and Account Managers
* Provide feedback from customers to account team
* Promote awareness of renewal opportunities
* Suggest process improvements to provide a better customer experience
* Maintain accurate customer and product information in the customer database
Candidate requirements
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and account management skills
* The ability to pay close attention to details
* Good judgment and strong decision-making skills
* The ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one rotating day off
