That requires working with passion, drive, and a dedication to results; we expect exceptional customer service with the highest level of integrity in all business practices.QualificationsWhat is required:* One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent.* Excellent communication skills.* A passion for technology is a must - you will have to stay current on the latest devices and plans to be the consultant for our wireless and home services customers.* Ability to work an irregular schedule - this position is full time with rotating shifts and includes some evenings and Saturdays.What is even better:* Two or more years of experience in sales or providing customer-facing solutions in a fast paced or retail environment.* Proven track record of goal attainment and professional advancement.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
