Job Description :
Manage customer orders from receipt of PO through to customers confirmed satisfaction, acting as the customers liaison and internal advocate for efficient order processing and delivery. This includes interfacing with multiple internal departments to establish the priority of the customer. Work also includes entering orders, confirming shipping details, leading responses to customer concerns or complaints, and ensuring we have fulfilled the customers needs. Manage customer expectations by clearly conveying pricing, inventory, lead time, and ship date information on each order. Advise quickly and clearly on out-of-stock materials and work with the sales and operations teams to explore workable alternatives. Identify client-specific inventory management opportunities such as contracts or floor stock agreements to help both the Company and customers efficiently manage supply chain.
