We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic undergraduate student or recent graduate in marketing, business, or a healthcare-related field to join our team as an aspiring Account Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to grow our Case Management business by increasing the volume of referrals. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the risk and insurance industry while contributing to meaningful business development initiatives. The role is based in our office, with the potential for transitioning to a hybrid or remote arrangement over time, based on performance and business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Referral Growth: Assist in identifying and pursuing new referral opportunities to help grow the volume of case management services.
  • Warm Calling: Participate in warm calling efforts to existing and potential referral sources, including healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders, to introduce our case management services.
  • Data Review: Support the analysis of referral and case management data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan, execute, and coordinate marketing initiatives aimed at increasing referrals and expanding our client base.
  • Relationship Building: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources, ensuring they understand our services and the value we provide.
  • Reporting: Contribute to regular reports on referral activities, progress toward targets, and market trends for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination between referral generation and service delivery.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong interest in healthcare services, business development, and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to engage in outreach and cold calling
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret data
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software or related tools is a plus but not required

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

Pay Range: $18.33 - $27.43 per hour
