Responsibilities:* Prepare, review and reconcile fixed asset supporting schedules for annual personal property tax compliance* Support third party administrator in preparation of annual property tax returns * Verify and authorize property tax payments ensuring they are accurate and timely* Review and reconcile monthly posting of personal property and real estate tax payments and journal entries for accuracy* Respond to property tax inquiries raised by internal customers and taxing jurisdictions* Maintain monthly accruals, perform monthly account reconciliations and forecast cash flow* Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies * Assist sales tax team with audits and data requests as needed* Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:* Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required, Masters degree preferred* CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred* 3+ years of accounting experience* Strong financial accounting and analytical skills required* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Experience with SAP strongly preferred.* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.* Strong customer service focus* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills across multiple levels of organization* Ability to independently research issues and reach a resolution in all cases* Ability to identify trends through data analytics * Must be a detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast paced environment* Ability to work extended hours as required to meet internal and external deadlines
