This position requires experience with full cycle accounting mixed with financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. This is an opportunity for International exposure and being part of growing organization. This is a full-time position based in our new facility.What You'll Be DoingEssential Functions (include but are not limited to):
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual financial information for management and outside parties. This may include one or more period end closing activities.
  • Preparation of general ledger accounts are reconciled on a periodic basis and that overall data and system integrity as it relates to financial data is in compliance with GAAP and Company policies.
  • Assist financial forecasts, budgets, expenditures; coordinates variance data and allocations and performs cost estimating projects.
  • Assist preparation of local financial reporting systems and the compilation and analysis of management reports and statistical statements.
  • Assist in preparing documents for the yearly periodic internal and external financial audit.
  • Assist Cost Accounting, Inventory Control, and Vendor/Customer Master data control.
  • Project coordination for any new implementations to the company - large or small projects. Assist in project as assigned by Management.
  • Manage and control company PPE accounting including yearly fixed asset inspection and reconciliation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform AP Document Review (all invoices are accurate and have been properly documented and approved by the authorizing employee prior to a payment)
  • Checking Duplicate Payment,
  • Execute and Revise Payment Proposal
  • Report Payment Result to authorizing employee
  • Perform Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Manage Vendor's master and verify bank account registration
  • Generates various financial reports upon requests from HQ
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We're Looking ForCompetencies/Desired Skills: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university or program required.Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Accounting/Finance or Business Management related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Participate in month-end/Quarter end/Year end close
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualification/What We'd Like to See:
  • Proficiency in the use of PC and Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred
