Our Certified Public Accounting firm in Broken Bow, Nebraska is looking for a full time Accounting Assistant to join our team in providing bookkeeping services. Duties include payroll, preparation of financial statements, some clerical work, and light tax work including printing, distributing, and inputting tax returns and data entry. Applicant must have complete understanding of confidentiality and accuracy. Position Requires
- 2+ years experience providing bookkeeping services
- Ability to maintain employee and client relations
- Experience in payroll, general ledgers and financial statements
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Strong customer services skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and timely
- Strong organizational and communication skills
