Position Summary Under general supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Assistant performs a variety of accounting and administrative tasks in support of the Accounting Team. Primary Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Accounts Payable
  • Invoice review, scanning
  • Check processing, mailing
  • Vendor maintenance
  • Supply pricing management
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare deposits
  • Payment posting
  • Filing, clerical work, miscellaneous administrative projects
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Assist with yearly tax preparation and reporting
  • Assist in monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Controller and Accounting Staff
  • Cultivate relationships with the client, physicians, clinical staff, and MedBridge team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Accounting experience is preferred
