Job Location : Garden City,NY, USA
In this role, our successful candidate will assist the Controller with day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
* Handling employee and client inquiries as needed.
* Maintaining client Contracts and Agreements
* Provide occasional administrative support.
* Assist with special projects
* Back-up for payroll
Must Have's:
* 3 Years of Accounting experience working for a small company.
* College degree in accounting.
* Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
* Advanced computer skills.
* Experience with payroll software (ADP preferred) and JD Edwards.
* Excellent analytical, organizational & communications skills.
* Strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management skills.
