Geller Advisors LLC is a SEC registered investment adviser providing financial services to individuals and families of significant wealth, non-profit foundations, and operating businesses. Geller & Company is the ultimate parent of Geller Advisors. Geller Advisors provides the following services to our clients: Investment Management, Strategic Financial Planning, Tax Services, CFO Services and Cyber Services, as well as bespoke financial and business advisory services. Your Impact:

  • Performing basic bookkeeping functions on a daily, weekly, monthly basis; including:
  • Creating new vendors
  • Recording vendor invoices in the general ledger as accounts payable
  • Prepare payments (checks, ACH, wires) of vendor invoices and submit for review
  • Recording cash movement transactions from financial institutions
  • Record purchase of assets, capital improvements,
  • Prepare journal entries for payroll, accruals and prepaid expenses
  • Credit card statement processing - system input and review of supporting documentation
  • Meticulous maintenance of client files/records in shared network folders
  • Daily tracking and following up on transactions, including vendor maintenance
  • Completing vendor, credit and other applications on behalf of clients
  • Requesting completed W9 and NDA forms from vendors
  • Communicating with vendors and following up on inquiries
  • Processing 1099s
  • Collecting invoices for annual sales tax return
  • Responding promptly to client's various requests
  • Familiarity with financial statements
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting
What You'll offer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years' accounting experience focusing on A/P, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations and Data Entry
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
  • Expeditious and accurate data entry skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter; independent worker
  • Able to communicate well (both verbal and written) and build relationships within teams
  • Possesses core self-management skills: time management, organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, problem-solving
  • Detail oriented, Intelligent; Inquisitive
  • Exhibits accountability and ownership
  • Strive for continuous improvement

  • Experience with MS Dynamics, NetSuite, and/or SalesForce

The base salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $100,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
