Accounting Clerk - CAR-FRESHNER Corporation : Job Details

Making the famous LITTLE TREES air fresheners here in the USA since 1952. Summary: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for accurately recording accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory transactions. Salary: $21.75 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within 6 months. Responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence from customers, vendors, and employees.
• Enter daily transactions into accounting software.
• Obtain customer or vendor support for discrepancies.
• Setup and maintain inventory items.
• Assist with reconciliations.
• Perform filing, mailing and general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• No experience required.
