JOB DUTIES

• Close out parts & service and prepare the deposit/merchant services
• Purchase in new vehicles, pre-shippers, invoices and MSO's
• Maintain Perma Plate Contracts
• Manage and post driver payments
• Cross-train on Tag and Titles
• Cross-train on Billing
• Manage office supply inventory
• Assist with end of month (EOM) process
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• 1 year title experience required (2+ years title experience preferred)
• Great customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Team oriented and self motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check
