Accounting ClerkJob Description:We are in search of a proactive and independent Accounting Clerk. This role demands the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with various teams including Aftermarket Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Accounting, along with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will adeptly balance core accounting and administrative responsibilities with tasks delegated by the Financial Operations Manager, all aligned with strategic goals.Responsibilities:+ Generate customer invoices.+ Process supplier invoices.+ Follow up on outstanding invoices.+ Obtain and manage supplier documentation.+ Reconcile Aftermarket orders.+ Handle inventory transactions.+ Assist in bi-annual physical inventory counts.+ Conduct audits and maintain related documentation.+ Support Aftermarket Administrative Specialist by entering orders and creating purchase orders as necessary.+ Provide backup support to the Administrative Department.+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.+ Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by the Financial Operations Manager.Qualifications:+ Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role.+ Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous document control.+ Proficient in MS Office/O365.+ Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
