ACCOUNTING CLERK Pay starts at $22.00 per hour. • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2-years previous experience
• QuickBooks experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post journal entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Review and audit accounting schedules
• Calculate and remit sales tax
• Complete IRS reporting forms
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist with year-end items such as 1099 reporting
• Assist company CFO and Office Manager
