What You'll Do:

• Work 3 days a week, totaling approx. 24 hours
• Maintain accounting databases and records
• Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system
• Assist with weekly cash disbursements process
• Respond to requests for financial information from other departments
• Assist with special projects like daily revenue reporting and phone coverage

What It Takes:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Post-secondary coursework in accounting (preferred)
• 1+ years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
