POSITION SUMMARY
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will work closely with the manufacturing and accounting teams within the organization to support the processing of payables, auditing procurement card statements, process hourly payroll, and supporting the company store.
* Coordinate payment of capital invoices with engineering group.
* Assists in all facets of the month end close.
* Assists with payroll weekly.
* Completes special projects as assigned.
* Serves as the backup for all financial accounting coordinators and hourly payroll coordinator.
* Support the company store as needed.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years' experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
Other
* Must be open to some overtime and weekend work.
The approximate pay range for this position is $39,000 - $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
