This is a permanent position in our Accounting and Finance department, where you will play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of our accounting functions, including but not limited to, foreign currency transactions, international accounting, credit balances, refunds, adjustments, billing records, and cash reconciliations.Responsibilities:As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with the following duties:1. Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.2. Handling foreign currency transactions and managing international accounting procedures.3. Managing credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and principles.4. Overseeing the maintenance of billing records, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.5. Conducting regular cash reconciliations and preparing financial reports for management to review.6. Coordinating with the manufacturing department to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost accounting.7. Reviewing and improving accounting systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.8. Preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the senior management team.9. Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and legal standards.10. Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be considered a plus.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.3. Proficient knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software. Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered a plus.5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.8.
