Accounting Manager (Full-Time) - Grameen America : Job Details

The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Accounting. The role will be involved in various corporate accounting functions within our HQ office, ranging from review and approvals of transactions and regular monthly accounting processes to assisting with tax filings and financial reporting. This role will provide the chance for growth and learning opportunities for the right candidate, and is a new role created within the team due to growth of the company. Key Responsibilities. Take full ownership of the grant accounting functions, including proper revenue recognition of contributions and grants, tracking restrictions and releases, and recording related journal entries, as well as preparing reports for the development team. Aid in annual audit process. Review and approve transactions made by other members of the accounting team.
