5+ years' strong financial analysis, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Master of Business Administration preferred.
Critical customer facing role, must be able to establish positive working relationships, understanding customer needs and provide deliverables.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
Experience in implementation of a new ERP system.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively both internally and externally.
Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
Critical thinking with the ability to recommend changes.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
