Job Overview:

Our growing $8M parts manufacturing company in Coral Springs, Florida is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to manage all financial operations. This is a temp-to-hire, stand-alone role, offering hybrid work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing environments. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Desk Accounting:
• Manage month-end close, create financial statements, prepare journal entries, and perform reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Cost Accounting & Inventory Management:
• Oversee cycle counts, prepare inventory reports, and conduct in-depth inventory analysis.
• Review pricing and work closely with operations to analyze cost drivers and inputs.
• Process Documentation and Improvement:
• Document and refine financial processes to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Financial Reporting:
• Generate and deliver financial reports as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in cost analysis, pricing reviews, and inventory controls.

Preferred:

• Proficiency with QuickBooks for managing financial data.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working as a one-person accounting team.
• Capable of improving processes while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.
