Job Description :
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily accounting duties; including but not limited to:
    • Accounts Payable
    • Handling of Petty Cash
    • Cash Receipts
    • Daily Cash Deposit
    • Data Entry and Sorting of Vehicle Deals
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Some accounting experience required
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
