Dealership accounting department experience. Manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls, HR function, data processing, cash receipts and booking the deals on a monthly basis. Assist Controller and accounting staff. Understand the Company business. Human Resource knowledge in order to meet legal requirements and process new hires. Process payroll. Calculate payroll commissions for sales employees.The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Attention to detail. Basic math skills to make accurate payroll commission calculations and submit to payroll processing company. Great Organization and project management skills.
