Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing from contracts, WIP billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and time and material billing. A degree in Accounting is preferred, along with strong computerized accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage billing from contracts and WIP billing
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform time and material billing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a related accounting role
• Proficiency in computerized accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Accounting preferred
