Position at JBS USA Nature of Position: Responsible for the, Scale operation, administrative functions, local accounting functions and procurement of supplies, serves as the liaison between the mill and the accounting department. Works closely with the ingredient and corn merchandising team. Responsibilities include daily reconciliation of ingredient receiving, drug usage, production and deliveries. Essential Functions: Operate receiving scale for inbound grains and ingredients. Daily reconciliation of ingredient receiving, deliveries, and production. Enter manual and bag receiving tickets in Mtech as needed / Print daily arrival recap (summary of R - Ts)-Give to mill manager to sign. Communicate with corn producers, ingredient suppliers, Merchants, truck drivers, to answer & assist with various questions/concerns. Complete weekly Global Post in Mtech after inventory is completed.
