ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - JBS USA Holdings : Job Details

This position develops and maintains weekly inventory reconciliation schedules to ensure inventories reflect accurate meat usages. Key responsibilities are to work closely with operations and accounting management, to assure the maintenance of internal control procedures, standards, and compliance as it pertains to the Sarbanes Oxley Act and to insure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Enter Invoices into accounting system. Reconciliation of inventory daily Daily & Weekly Reports to Management. Logging in disposition of inventory. Validating monthly inventory count with operations team.
