General Ledger & Financial StatementsPrepare, maintain, and analyze both business and personal general ledgersReconcile accounts, record journal entries, and generate financial statementsConduct bank and credit card reconciliations? Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)Manage AP/AR functions, ensuring accurate transaction processingHandle billing, collections, and account reconciliations? Payroll Processing & Tax ComplianceProcess payroll manually (salaries, benefits, deductions, tax payments)Handle quarterly & annual payroll tax returns (W-2, W-3, 1099s, CDTFA sales tax, property tax 571-L)Manage business licenses, census reporting, and workers' compensation calculations?
