?Job Description?The Accounting Specialist & Sales Coordinator performs accounting tasks related to month-end closing processes, forecasting activities, and liquidity planning for Nebraska Harvest Center, Inc.The position regularly assists in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management review.The role supports sales invoicing for all the Nebraska Harvest Center (NHC) dealership locations and supports both accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.Completes accurate postings of retailed machines including invoices to customers, settlements with suppliers, and completion of finance documents.?Enters and maintains used inventory listings in Aspen.Coordinates and follows up on equipment financing transactions.Responsible for bank reconciliations for all NHC locations.Prepares financial reporting as require or requested (including ad hoc reporting) and prepares month end reporting on a timely basis.Responsible for A/R collection process.Processes incoming payments and credits on customer accounts.Assists with outgoing invoice management and aging review ? AR.Practices process analysis including best practices, productivity, and change execution.Supports with the payment of incoming invoices timely ?
