Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Develop project communication processes.
- Review ongoing sales support needed.
- Coordinate resources to deliver customer solutions.
- Ensure all projects and service delivered are within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Foster relationships with customers enabling future account sales.
- Assist with aging invoices over 30 days.
- Complete monthly and quarterly business review needs for internal stakeholders and customer review.
- Review work in process orders and assist team in pushing installs to completion.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Major Account customer-facing role.
- Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Smartsheet, etc.
- Ability to travel.
