Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communicationabilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $24 to $27 depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
• Process accounts receivable transactions, including payment verification, coding, and payment application.
• Conduct AR collection calls to follow up on overdue payments in a professional manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
