Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk - Miles Crown Auto Group : Job Details

This position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. This position works alongside the Dealership Controller and Accounting office personnel. Job Duties: Perform Daily Deposits each day Post and Distribute payments to invoices Reconciliation for the Company Credit Card Stock in New Vehicle Inventory Perform billing for Dealer Trade and Wholesale vehicle deals Post Warranty Statements provided by the Service Department Post Monthly Corporate Statements Post Intercompany transactions between stores Answer phone calls as needed We enjoy a fun working environment within the Automotive dealership industry.
