Accounts Payable and Receivable Supervisor - AcctPositions : Job Details

Our client is hiring a full-time, permanent A/P & A/R Supervisor for their LI location. The supervisor will oversee all payables and receivables and a small team of accounting professionals, manage work flows, create best practices and establish proper procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee a team of 8, assist in training
• Manage daily accounts payable, invoices, coding, allocation and handling discrepancies
• Set up new vendors and customers
• Handle expenses, pay bills, and cut checks
• Manage daily accounts receivable, cash management and post payments
• Oversee credit and collections
• Reconcile all accounts to assist in month-end close process

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting
• 4 years experience in full-cycle A/P & A/R
• Proficiency in Excel / QuickBooks

Pay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
