DescriptionOur client is hiring a full-time, permanent A/P & A/R Supervisor for their LI location. The supervisor will oversee all payables and receivables and a small team of accounting professionals, manage work flows, create best practices and establish proper procedures.Responsibilities include:* Oversee a team of 8, assist in training* Manage daily accounts payable, invoices, coding, allocation and handling discrepancies* Set up new vendors and customers* Handle expenses, pay bills, and cut checks* Manage daily accounts receivable, cash management and post payments* Oversee credit and collections* Reconcile all accounts to assist in month-end close processQualifications:* Degree in Accounting* 4 years experience in full-cycle A/P & A/R* Proficiency in Excel / QuickBooksPay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
