What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviewing and processing invoices accurately, matching them with purchase orders and receipts.
• Preparing payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and ensuring vendors are paid on time.
• Communicating with vendors to resolve any discrepancies and building strong relationships.
• Auditing employee expense reports and processing them according to company policies.
• Performing monthly account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Organizing AP files and maintaining financial documentation.
• Supporting compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with finance and procurement teams to improve processes and assist with month-end close.
• Entering data into the accounting system and generating reports as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred).
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical group setting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
