This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a hard-working individual in the Accounting Industry ready to join a motivated team. Accounts Payable Experience Required. If you have an interest in the Accounting Industry and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail. Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Circulate AP invoices for approval
• Enter AP invoices into accounting system
• Review monthly vendor statements
• Compile weekly check run

Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Two years' experience in accounts payable
• Must be proficient in scanning, Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
• Notary Public is a strong plus but not required
