• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment
• Process vendor payments according to the dealership's payment schedule
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure that payments are recorded correctly
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendor invoices
• Prepare and submit reports to management
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
