Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk needed for busy office
Requirements:
Accounts Payable knowledge
QuickBooks experience preferred*
Computer skills and Excel knowledge a plus
Must be willing to take on and learn new responsibilities
Ability to multi task
Knack for problem solving
Willing to participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks
Excellent communication skills
Duties to include:
· Processing Vendor invoices
· Communication with Vendors
· Check processing and mailing
· Provide customer support to Vendors via phone and email as necessary
· Obtain missing signatures on invoices
· Organize, scan and file paperwork
· Strong organization & attention to detail a must
· Prepare account payable checks to include sorting and preparing envelopes
· Answering phones
Location: Port Washington, NY
On site only, no remote work.
