Accounts Payable Clerk - Permian Personnel : Job Details

Wholesale water supply experts are looking to add Accounts Payable support to their team. This position will require proficiency and a working knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting processes and procedures. Job Duties

• Heavy data entry of AP vendor invoices into industry specific accounting system (will train)
• Responsible for professional vendor correspondence
• Timely follow up to invoice discrepancies and approvals
• Maintaining/updating vendor files for integrity
• Providing general administrative support
• Contributing ideas for efficiency and improvements in office procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly with other staff members
• MUST know Microsoft Office
