Accounts Payable Clerk - ITAC Solutions : Job Details

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision and customer service? Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team immediately! In this role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring smooth, efficient payment operations, keeping vendors and employees connected and informed as you manage the company's payables. Compensation:

• $22-25/hour direct hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processing payments, ensuring compliance with company financial policies
• Handling daily transactions: verifying, classifying, and recording AP data
• Conducting AP audits and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Addressing and resolving vendor discrepancies and monthly reconciliations
• Generating regular reports on AP status and managing documentation
• Monitoring compliance on AP processes (W9s, sales tax) and handling record keeping

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Familiarity with ERP software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Customer service experience in an AP or accounting setting
