DescriptionLB&B Associates Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk at our corporate office in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of data entry, be extremely organized with great attention to detail, and have experience Microsoft Navisionand QuickBooks accounting systems. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Hybrid schedule available once training is completed. Position reports to the Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer.Responsibilities:
- Performing day-to-day accounts payable operations, verifying vendor invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Responding to and assisting with accounts payable concerns for multiple job locations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support.
- Utilize Microsoft Navision to optimize accounting processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1year of accounts payable experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Navision accounting software a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
