Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of payment activities for several vendors and suppliers. You will adhere to financial administrative procedures and guidelines to maintain correct financial administration. Additionally, you will support the accounting process by gathering, entering, filing, and archiving financial data, ensuring compliance with legal and local requirements.

- Support the accounting process by gathering, entering, filing, and archiving financial data.
- Support team members in completing daily requirements.
- Take on additional responsibilities when business needs arise.
- Assist more experienced accounting clerks as needed.
Essential Skills- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience, ideally within Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Experience with invoice processing, reconciliation, and accounts payable tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with MS Dynamics is a plus.
Work EnvironmentThe position is based in the Des Moines office with a hybrid work schedule. Local candidates within 50 miles of the IA office are required. For the first 3 months of employment, you will be required to work onsite 3 days per week. After 3 months, the requirement will be 2 days per week onsite, with Tuesdays being mandatory. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
