Position Overview: In this role as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be a vital part of a close-knit and collaborative team. You'll handle essential financial tasks with precision and contribute to the smooth operation of the department. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices, client vouchers, and employee reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enter and code financial data with attention to detail.
• Maintain organized physical and digital files, including vendor records and W-9s.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is highly desirable.
• Experience handling high volumes of A/P or A/R is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Gresham, OR

Salary Range: $23.55-$26.25 per hour
