Location: Bergey's Corporate Office- Souderton, PA

Pay: Starting at $20 / hour based on experience

Summary

Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records. Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.

Essential Duties

* Checks vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval.

* Helps with preparing accounts payable checks.

* Posts all open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.

* Helps with accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.

* Communicates cash requirements for payable dates to the office manager.

* Processes new vendor accounts.

* Keeps track of 1099 tax forms.

* Scan documents

* Answers vendor inquiries.

* Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

* Other duties as assigned and necessary.

Requirements:

* Valid Driver's License

* Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
