A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator shall help lead the departments efforts to ensure integrity in the low of payable documents for timely receipt, processing, and payment, as well as process improvements within the department. This position will support the Accounts Payable department, as well as other departments within the company. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge in general office and accounts payable functions, an understanding of accounts payable processes, proficiency in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with an emphasis on Microsoft and Google office tools; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment, ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data; a strong ability of tracking, monitoring, and follow-up skills are required.
