Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Accounts Payable Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, recording, verifying, and paying invoices and expenses for goods and services on a timely basis. Maintain, analyzes, and reconciles accounts payable ledger accounts. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

**What youll do with Our Training and Your Experience**

+ Processes, records, verifies and pays invoices and expenses for goods and services on a timely basis, and responds to vendor queries; data entry of invoices for payment.

+ Maintains, analyzes and reconciles accounts payable ledger accounts.

+ Develops, directs, plans and evaluates accounts payable policies and procedures, and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to.

+ Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data, identifies and recommends solutions. Processes, runs and uploads A/P records to the bank.

+ May process colleague expenses reimbursement requests for payment.

+ May assist Project Managers and other colleagues with miscellaneous paperwork and reporting.

+ Communicates with purchasing and shipping department regarding pricing or receiving discrepancies. May set up warranties and/or new end users.

+ Performs other office administrative duties including but not limited to assisting with ordering office supplies and other supplies/services.

+ Acts as back up for other office jobs such as the receptionist.

+ Reviews vendor statements and communicates with vendors regarding payment status.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

**What Youll Need**

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ High level of organization and time management skills.

+ Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Requirements:**

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Education: (but not required):

- College degree in accounting

Minimum Experience: 1 year bookkeeping, accounting, and/or financial
