Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process invoices including obtaining proper approvals
  • Verifying account coding and agreement of invoice amounts to contracts
  • Verifying mathematical accuracy of support
  • Route invoices to proper approver
  • Review document history (test for double payments)
  • Track unapproved invoices
  • Create and maintain vendor setup
  • Special projects and Ad hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • One to three years of relevant experience is required
  • Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic typing and 10-key by touch
  • Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new software is required
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management - internal and external
  • Team player
