Accounts Payable-Purchasing-Data Entry - Independent Stave Company : Job Details

The Accounts Payable-Purchasing-Data Entry position at Independent Stave Company is responsible for all purchasing and accounts payable, inventory tracking and maintenance, and some payroll processingThis role is housed at our Lebanon, MO Transportation facility.Job Description:

• Purchase and receive parts/supplies
• Process and enter repair information into maintenance software
• Process invoices using purchasing and accounting software
• Maintain physical and digital inventories
• Track parts and supply usage
• Maintain and set up vendor accounts
• Month end reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent mathematical abilities, including calculating rates and percentages.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation.
• High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Be able to work on site 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
