Are you a skilled administrator with a sharp accounting background? We are seeking an account payable/receivable clerk to join our team. This positionIn this position, you will be expected to maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile invoices, assist with month-end duties, and maintain customer and vendor relationships. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

• Esnure financial transactions are recorded promptly
• Maintenance of accurate records, reconcile invoices, address discrepancies, handle month-end, maintain customer records and maintain vendor relations
• Utilize various accounting softwares
• Prepare and send out invoices

Accounts Payable (5 years of experience is preferred)

Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
