Accounts Payable Specialist - YNV Group : Job Details

Were looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join us part-time as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst. In this role, you will come to the office and work directly with our Finance team to ensure the accuracy of accounts payable processing and that invoicing is prepared timely and in accordance with GAAP. You must be able to devote attention to internal controls.

• Receive and verify invoices.
• Code and input invoices into the accounts payable system, paying close attention to account numbers and budget code.
• Process and reconcile debit card payments.
• Prepare payment orders with all required backups.
• Record payments processed against an invoice.
• Prepare monthly invoices to tenants and other required entities.
• Apply cash receipts.
• Assist the accounting manager in the preparation of cash flows.
