- Resolve 3-way match exceptions for high maintenance vendors as identified by the Manager of Merch AP. Work directly with the vendor or CTC departments to resolve systemic issues and improve the 3-way match success rate.
- Provide project support as a Subject Matter Expert for Merch AP including accurate current state process details and meaningful input for future state proposals.
- Complete general ad-hoc reporting requests from the Manager of Merch AP. Complete any ad-hoc or regular reporting requests from external departments as approved by the Manager, Merch AP.
- Identify needs for new queries within the department and develop private queries to be promoted to production as needed.
- Complete standardized process documentation for all Merch AP Ops functions under CTR, MARKS, and FGL.
- Provide training to payment representatives as needed. What you bring:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- VBA programming and SQL would be an asset.
- Strong financial acumen in order to quickly learn and understand the logic behind Merchandise AP.
- Experience in Corporate Retail or Supply Chain would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft or an equivalent Financial System (SAP, JDE, JDA, Manhattan, Oracle etc.) working within the Accounts Payables module.
- Knowledge of PMM.
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or business-related discipline.
- 2-5 years experience working in a Finance/Accounting role or related function within PeopleSoft or an equivalent large-scale Financial System. Hybrid Work Model: We value flexibility.
