You will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments, while helping improve processes.Process and reconcile vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO), ensuring payments are made on timeSupport month-end close, including invoice accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliationsAssist with internal/external audits and ad hoc projectsManage ACH/Wire payments and corporate purchasing card reconciliationsMaintain and improve accounts payable processes and systemsBuild strong cross-functional relationships to resolve payment-related issuesYour profileExperience in a high-volume accounts' payable role (5+ years preferred)Proficiency with Oracle or SAP ERP systemsFamiliarity with accounts payable imaging and workflow toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge gaps can be filled.
