The experience you gain and the connections you make will accelerate your development – and help you take your career wherever you want it to go.Your role in our futureWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage payment processes, support month-end reporting, and assist with audits and special projects. You will work closely with internal and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate payments, while helping improve processes.Process and reconcile vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO), ensuring payments are made on timeSupport month-end close, including invoice accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliationsAssist with internal/external audits and ad hoc projectsManage ACH/Wire payments and corporate purchasing card reconciliationsMaintain and improve accounts payable processes and systemsBuild strong cross-functional relationships to resolve payment-related issuesYour profileExperience in a high-volume accounts' payable role (5+ years preferred)Proficiency with Oracle or SAP ERP systemsFamiliarity with accounts payable imaging and workflow toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge gaps can be filled.
